Cancellation Policy
NEW POLICY READ CAREFULLY. EFFECTIVE 2/1/2026
ALL NEW CLIENTS ARE REQUID TO PAY A DEPOSIT ON ALL SERVICES PROVIDED. All deposits will be applied to your total at check out. If you fail to show up to your appointment, or cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you forfeit your deposit and could result in not being able to book future appointments.
Your appointment time is valuable to me. I want to make sure that you receive the best
service possible during your scheduled appointment. To help me do this, please notify me at least within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to cancel or adjust the time. I’ll be happy to help you reschedule. Because each appointment time is reserved for a valued client, I ask that you let me know as soon as possible if you're running late or can't make it. Running late can result in not having enough time to complete the service you booked for and may result in a last minute cancel fee and you’ll need to reschedule for my next available date. Failure to give at least 24 hours' notice will result in being charged 50 % of the price for your appointment for last minute cancelations. No shows will also be charged the 100% at the time of service and may be required to make a deposit when booking a future appointment. If you do not reach out to me until after the appointment time, you will be charged 100%. If you message me five minutes after your appointment time you will still be charged 100%.. no show means not calling me or texting me BEFORE your schedule appointment time. I will no longer be lenient on no-shows if you do not reach out to me before your appointment time. I am unable to fill that spot if I do not know beforehand., again I understand that things happen, but reaching out to me, helps any situation.
For each client I allow up to 2 rescheduled appointment. If you book an appointment and have to reschedule that appointment more than 2 times, you’ll be given a warning as to the third time of a reschedule , you will be blocked from online booking, and possibly banned from services. Rescheduling your appointment without appointments in between take up space for other clients who potentially are looking for appointments at that time and are not available due to your scheduled appointment that you are rescheduling.. it prevents clients who want and needs services, to not be able to get accurate timing due to not being sure if someone reschedules. If you are unsure of when you want to come in, I have a waitlist form you can fill out and it will send you a notification to an available time that fits your time best.
Everyone will be required to put in a card on file when booking. Your card will never be charged if you come to your appointments at the time we booked. It will only be charged if you fail to acknowledge or follow the policy rules I have put in place. I am the most understanding person, just message me and we can work something out
